ReCrea is a platform that allows users to access a suite of web tools powered by artificial intelligence in order to generate visual media for use in a variety of contexts.
ReCrea strictly prohibits any use of the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that depicts or implies nudity, sexual activity, or any sexually suggestive behavior involving minors (individuals under the age of 18). This includes, but is not limited to, real, synthetic, or AI-generated images, videos, or prompts of such nature.
Users are solely responsible for all content they generate, upload, or share through the Service. By using ReCrea, you confirm that all materials you submit comply with applicable laws and do not exploit or depict minors in any way.
Any user found to be in violation of this policy will have their account permanently terminated, all related data deleted, and — where legally required — such incidents may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities along with identifying information (including IP address and account ID).
ReCrea employs automated and manual moderation systems to detect, flag, and remove illegal or harmful content. We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge and agree that any violation of this clause constitutes immediate grounds for termination and potential legal action.
